"The Holy Grail in business today is engagement: employees' energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to their companies."

At Level Three, we don't teach teams what to think; we teach them how to think. In today's rapidly changing economy, adaptability is key. Whether you are a leader wanting to engage your team, a sales professional aspiring for strong client relations, or a company trying to improve culture, Level Three Coaching can help. One part personal motivation and one part professional development, the Level Three Coaching Platform provides the conversations that drive team engagement.

“I've learned so much about myself and how to be me; and how to show up for my people. That has caused a ripple effect in how my people show up everyday.”

~Kelsey, Market Director

“The sooner you start empowering the people that are able to think this way, the sooner you will start seeing change in your organization. Something that can actually scale.”

~John, Division President

“Level Three brought out the conversations that might have felt uncomfortable; so that we could talk about them, as opposed to letting them fester and harbor.”

~Carlie, Chief Branding Officer

  • Teams vary and so too will results. However, deeper levels of awareness and a more effective approach are common themes that have been shared by our clients.

The Level Three Coaching Program uncovers any bias that may exist within a team setting, while at the same time revealing purpose. Growing trust, understanding conflict, finding commitment, and embracing accountability are all a part of this program.

  • New memberships can be purchased for your new team members at any time. It is then up to you to decide if you want the new team member to “catch up” to the rest of the group, or join the group at their current position in the coaching program. Many leaders choose to “catch up” new team members with an individual one to one format, and as a part of the on-boarding experience.

  • No. Every team that has gone through Season One has wanted to go through Season Two, and for the sake of simplicity, we accounted for this when designing our memberships.

  • Lasting change can only be accomplished from the inside out, and the Level Three Program was designed with this in mind. The typical corporate learning approach, where someone is contracted to present to your team for 2 or 3 days, lacks this inside out approach and thus, long-term results. With Level Three Coaching, you and your team will have tough, on-going conversations, thereby allowing you to grow as a team.

  • We’ve seen successful results with both approaches; however, and in this rapidly changing economy, we suggest allowing team members to watch the videos on their own time and then scheduling a meeting to discuss the questions and activities in the coaching guide.

  • In Season One, we define leadership as “doing what others can’t or won’t,” and this definition applies to this question. Typically, members who don’t want to participate are holding onto something, and that tight grip keeps them from finding effective.

Character is what you do when nobody is watching, and it will be brought out into the open during these meetings.
